玻璃纤维针刺毡是一种结构合理，性能优良的新型高温高效过滤材料，不仅具有玻璃纤维机织滤料耐高温、耐酸碱腐蚀、尺寸稳定、高强度的优点，而且以无碱玻璃纤维为原料，采用高支数玻璃纤维丝，分丝成绒针刺而成，具有良好的耐热、阻燃、防腐效果，具有三维微成孔结构，纤维空隙率较高，气体过滤阻力小，除尘效率超过机织滤料，过滤速度高于机织滤料一倍左右，是目前用于高炉煤气、烟气过滤的优选产品。
